Someone ordered roll forming machine from other factory. I also sent price to him and we talked a lot about machines. He wanted to give this order to me. But i can not reduce same price with another company. Finally, client bought from other company.
Everything is ok after he received his machine. He found that he did not get same parameters with his quotation. He told me the followings
Number of station: he wanted 18 stations. he got 13 stations
Diameter of shaft: he wanted 80mm, he got less than 70mm.
Frame of machine: he wanted 300mm H beam, he got 250mm channel welding
Brand of PLC: he wanted Taiwan Delta, he got SANJING,China brand.
Thickness of side frame: he wanted 18mm, he got 14mm.
Above are main differences for his machine. Serious problem is that it is double layer roll forming machine. Frankly speaking, i can do nothing but a little happy. Because now client understand that i do not supply high price for him.
I asked him that why you pay the balance cost. He told he was receiving the video of machine. It looked good. What you see, not mean what you receive. What you pay, mean what you get.
Thing will be interesting now. Business is fair for everyone.
So do you trust you can sell your tile very well in market. Check the tile carefully. whether it is same with our drawing. I tell them to check the followings.
Height of tile;
Width of pitch
Effective with
Thickness of tile.
If same, he is lucky. But he must be not lucky. He is crazy now.
Be careful when price is big difference.
