Our business is roll forming machine. 2017 was passed. New year is a new starting for our roll forming machine business. We must try best to find clients who use roll forming machines in 2018.
2017 is not a lucky year for me. I just got few clients to cooperate with our company. I lost many clients for prices or other reasons. Now new year is coming. I have to change the situation for my business. I have to do business in patience. Treat everyone as the real clients. Answer their questions in patience. Prepare the quotations in patience. Hope everything becomes better and better in 2018.

We decide to improve our deign details of roll forming machine in 2018.

Our client ordered this 3D glazed roll forming machine in 2016. So it is popular since 2016. We produced many sets for different clients. Frankly speaking, my product looks beautiful than others. Even same drawing and same appearance. Because the color of coil looks beautiful. Different color show different feeling.
it is total 90 days for production. We met a lot of problems and solved. That is YUFA standard.

What will you say when clients asking why your price of roll forming machine is this standard. Most of people will say " We are different". Yes, we are right. There are not same about two pieces of leaves in the world.
I find that i can not find the differences during years of roll forming machine business. We work in YUFA company and do not change company. So we can see quality of yufa company. We have no chance to see quality of other factories.
Where is the difference？
Frankly speaking, I just know prices are different. I do not know others. If i explained to clients, just my thing. my mind should be that. Every factory meets this problem. No one can solve this problem even they employ workers who worked in other factories. But there are hundreds of factories. No one can employ all workers from all factories.
And what should we do for this problem? Three people walking, one can certainly be my teacher. We must learn from every factory. If you found their price is cheaper, you could not confirm that their quality is not good. You must analyze all reasons
Engineer: they have rich experienced engineers or not
Workers: they have rich experienced workers or not.
Company costs: they have low cost of machines.
Profits: they earn low profits.
Stocked material: they buy material when price is lower.
Tax: they pay tax or not
But people just say their quality is not good in advance. They can not find their advantages. So they can not improve. If market was still good in next years, his company can make money, but if not good, his company will be killed by market.
