What should do for return clients who works in roll forming machine business.

If clients gave you a second order, they have confirmed the quality of your roll forming machines and after-sale service. We hope it will be a third order in future.

Clients trust you and your machines. It is our honor. I think we should do something for them. When machine started working in his workshop, there was few or many questions or problems of the new roll forming machines including operating, installing, wiring and etc. Finally, we solved them together. We must avoid meeting these problems in second machines.

For example, clients told me that Ted, i changed the many chains for your machines. So i know i can use high quality chain in next order and next clients. I asked the workers and engineers whether we can use high quality chains, I got" Yes". So i will ask price of high quality chain. I think the quality in second order is better than first order. And third order is better than second order.

That is my business way. Help clients = help myself.
