Biggest problem during roll forming machine production

I think the biggest problem is delaying.
When we receiving a new order, we will write Produce Order to engineer.
Engineer will start drawing or put this order on the side. If we do not ask the schedule of that order, maybe one month is passing. When you asking for that order, engineer will tell you that he is busy with a lot of work. So work is just starting today.  One week passing for drawing. When asking the schedule, he will tell you that gave the produce order to workshop. So few days passing, when you meet the workshop manager, then you will understand engineer did not give him produce order. It is terrible but it is real. Engineer is so busy that it is easy to forget few orders. Now, one month is wasting.  It is delaying for engineer.


We have rollers production delaying, shafts production delaying, frame welding delaying, painting delaying, installation delaying, adjusting delaying.

And when machine is finished, factory is urgent to ship machines for space and money. But payment is delaying, too. It is real thing in most factories.
