Feeding width of steel coil is important in roll forming machine field

When you get a drawing from our roll forming machine client, we will make a new drawing by our engineer. We confirm the drawing timely. So we can design and produce machine

But a lot of clients do not have drawings of there goods. They just tell us what they need? Better for sending us one picture.

Frankly speaking, we can give you price by this picture. but we can not design and produce machine for you. You will wonder why

I need more details. For example, we also ask the feeding width of steel coil. And we confirm with you many times. Some clients are not happy. They think Ted 's company can not produce his machine. They are wrong. I tell you why

If you want to produce one gutter for roof. So we have many designs.
Feeding width can be 400/450/500/380mm or other numbers. These sheets can produce the gutter. But which one would you choose?

If you have width of coil is 1000 mm, you choose 400/450/500 and 380mm.

1000 mm width can be cutting as 400+400+200, then you have two pieces of 400mm. and 200mm can be using in other field or sold as wasting material.

And if you have width if 1200mm, which width will you choose.  Every width is ok.
But i suggest 400mm. 400+400+400, no wasting material.

It is also same with other kinds of roll forming machines.
