Maintaining the roll forming machine when you are during holiday

We are back from China spring festival now. We did not go to office for two weeks. Now we are working.

How about you. Spring festival is also celebrated in other countries. So they also have holidays. And for my clients, do you maintain your roll forming machine before spring festival.

I think most of clients did not do that work. But it is helpful for your roll forming machines.

When we do not use our roll forming machines for a long time, we should clean all rollers and paint the oil on surface of the rollers.
Paint oil on the chain.
Also do this work for cutter. Switch of the power. Check all wiring of roll forming machine. Better to cover the whole body of roll forming machine by film.


Frankly speaking, clean working should be done everyday. So our machine can have a long using life.
