Why, we are afraid of going to our factory and would like work in office.

Because i do not want to see my machines. They are pushing nothing. Delayed again. I am just waiting to hear that Ted, your machines are ok. call your clients to give us the payment. 

Factory is busy for many machines. When receive a new order, it is urgent order. So push this order. When this order becomes to second order, so the first new order is urgent. 

Boss pay money to us for bring more orders. We are also working for more orders. But when clients ask that Ted, how long of my machine will be finished. You always tell us 30 to 45 days. We believe you. Actually, at least 60 working days. And for Ted, my machine will be reached 90 days. Why? I know my orders are customized roll forming machine. And the machines need to be adjusted many times. It is real. No blame on this. But why throw the machine in other side and forget my machine. I do not push you, because i believe you. You are busy, you will pay attention to my machines. So my machines are always here. I have pressure from my clients. They are my friends but also my clients, How could i explain to them? 

If you paid money to buy something from Internet, you signed contract with seller. Delivery time is 30 days. When half of 30 days, you must ask many times. The clients are same with you. 

Trust is not easy for a new order. Why we waste every chance for our clients. They treat me as friends, they can understand us. But roll forming machine is also business. Clients need to get machines timely and sell the roof tiles. 

I know if the factory is busy, it is a good thing for everyone. Boss can make money and we can have details of new machines. We can learn. I am just one roll forming machine trade manager. 

We supply after-sale service. Frankly speaking, we do not receive a lot of supporting. It is not enough. If i could solve it, i will do it by myself. But if i could not do it, i need your help. The clients need your help. 

If i am a seller of roof tiles, when i have a lot of orders and it is season of sales. But there is a problem of roll forming machine. I need help from factory. I am worried about it. We are all adult.

I know the reason of delaying, when we adjusting the machine, we think the roof tile is not good. In other factory, they receive this quality, but we will not accept it and adjust the design and change the wrong spare parts. It wastes money. We do this work for clients. Why be better?
