I got a order of servo motor system roll forming machine from my client. It seems a good thing. And we have produced six sets for other clients. So I think it is easy for us. Actually, it is easy for YUFA roll forming machine company.

System: servo motor roll forming machine.
Speed: 6-8m/min.
PLC: Japan
Thickness of material: 0.18 to 0.35mm

It is no problem for our company. But my workshop manager told me that the servo motor glazed roll forming machine with 0.18mm must use the electric decoiler or hydraulic decoiler. And no one told me this when i got the quotation. It is terrible for me. And now we received the down payment from my client. If i told him this, he would add the cost of the machine. He will be not happy. If i told him this before payment. It is no problem. And now, it is late. I can feel threaten. Big pressure for me.

I told my client what happened with our glazed roll forming machine. He is a good person. Until now, there is no feedback from him
