I know why glazed roll forming machine needs long time for producing.

If my machine is not delayed. I can not understand this question very well.

I want to factory for many times during the period of my glazed roll forming machines. Waiting the spare parts including the rollers and shafts can use a lot of times. then welding the frame is easy. Installation can not use a long time. Then adjust the tile. It is important, very important.If the finished tile is not perfect. Our company will find the way to solve this problem. Then we dismantle the shaft and rollers, then process the rollers again. So it needs time. We will install the rollers and shaft after the rollers are repaired. Then will form the tile again. If the tile looks not very beautiful, we will dismantle the rollers again, then process and install until the forming tile is ok. 

Next, we will produce the press mold. 

After measure the shape, we will produce the press mold. Then we install the mold. we will form the tile and press. If the step is perfect, we will produce the cutter. The shape of cutter is same with press mold. If the step was not perfect. We will repair the press mold or rollers. It needs time. 

After this problem, we will install the cutter, if the cutter could not cut the tile smoothly, we will repair the cutter. That is all schedule of glazed roll forming machine. So maybe we need a long time for adjusting. If we do not adjust, the machine can be finished within short time. But we can not do that we should supply high quality machine to our clients. Even clients blame on me. I will still insist. That is Ted way to do roll forming machine business.
