The fucking interesting thing is that The other seller who is working in the same company which the client bought the machine, he also leaved message: talking about the bad quality machine" But finally, he cancelled the words. He also thinks that the machines are bad. And i want to ask him whether sell the bad machines?
You can solve it? I think No. it is designing and producing problem. It is not operating problem. You should tell your buyer and find another way to solve. Not let your buyer wait. Please.

I am confused that so i checked the the video what he sent me, I found that he putted the wood under the support. And the height of the support is not the same. I told him to check today.

You send all sellers with one same drawing. and you will receive a lot of prices. You will be wondering that all of the prices are different and with big range. Do you want to know why?
For example, same drawing and same parameters. The followings are answers.
Thickness: 0.3 to 0.8( even to 1.0mm)
1. Low price: they know what you just need 0.4mm thickness,. so they just design 0.4mm machine for you. They never design 0.8mm machine for you. if the price of 0.47mm is about 6000 dollars. they will add few dollars for you. They are not scared that they know you will not come to his factory for checking. Even you will come. they will use 0.4mm for texting the machine.
Material of panel
1. Low price: if you need gi and ppgi machine, they just design the machine by ppgi. The machine can not form gi very well. ppgi machine is cheaper than gi machine. That is why when texting machine with ppgi sheet is no problem but back to your city, when you form the gi, it is very bad.
2. Low price: they never care about your hardness of your panel.
