Just for this 840 drawing, it is popular drawing in China for many years. And also a lot of clients buy it now.
1. why we call "840"roll forming machine
  840 means 840mm. it is 840mm width. The width means the effective width and we also call it as installation width. When we install the roof panels, we should cover them one by one, so installation width is just 840mm.
 But a lot of people do not call it 840, so it is difficult for us to understand it. They call the width from edges of the panel. So it is bigger than 840mm, maybe 890mm. But 890 means nothing. I want why they call 890. it is just cheating the buyers, so they think that they can buy more width panel. But the truth is that they can just use 840mm. Because of the different calling, it is different for us to design the drawing for you. So hope you tell us the effective width.
2. The height of the panel is 25mm
The height of the panel is also important for us. It effects the price of the panel.higher means higher price.
3. The pitch is 210mm
The pitch is the distance from one top to another top.
