He ordered one roll forming machine in India. He wants to start his roll forming machine business. It is a good idea.And he did a lot of preparatory work.
He investigated his competitor in his city. And he knew that the competitor just ordered the machine in that company. So he came to that company and told the manufacturer, i wanted the same quality machine quality. And that company said That i can control it. Then he gave the order and got the machine. I know the result is that he did not get the same quality machine. and the company is also good that they repaired the machine for many times and wasted a lot of panels. Finally, he must receive the bad machine. He wondered that why machine is different with his competitor.
I have my ideas. I just have few questions to ask him
1. Are you sure your competitor buy the machine from that company?
2. Are you sure that company can produce the machine or order from China or other countries?
3. Are you sure the money you paid, can buy the same quality machine?
If he could give me the answers, he will understand why he got not good quality machine. I guess he understand it now. If you ordered in future, he will pay more attention on the quality, second is the price.
