Cement material instead of ppgi ( steel coil) Do you trust that or is it business war for China?

Someone who works in JD steel, India. send me the above pictures. He told me that ppgi ordered from China. And the seller used the cement material instead of ppgi. We can see the cement in the pictures. But I can not confirm the pictures are real. Because i do not see the coil by myself. So I have no right to blame.

Business is hard for everyone. It is happy thing that if we can find a new client. We must treat them as the God.No one wants to cheat if he wants to do long time business. Reputation is important to sellers and buyers. 

Let us check the pictures. They are not clear. Maybe made by PS. Then problem is coming. Why did it. Most of peoples say that it is business war. Yes, I think so. If someone wanted to start the business war with China. I think it is not good for him and China. China is developing country, we produce the high quality goods with acceptable prices. 

If the pictures are real. It is terrible thing. The seller cheated his client. Some of people asked the price of steel coil. I think they are smart. They can find the reason directly. Yes, the prices must be very low. We are roll forming machine manufacturer. We are since 1996 with four branch factories. So we know roll forming machine very well. And we also know the price of steel is rising everyday. Our cost of roll forming machine is also rising. The roll forming machine is made by steel. So we are also worried about the price of steel.

That is the problem. I do not know why the seller did this. But we can understand that the seller met a big problem. The seller could not adopt this business. Also the seller made a big mistake. For example, they wrote wrong number of steel coils. And signed in contract.

I also saw the pictures in Bangladesh. He told that this thing happened in Bangladesh and my India friend sent me the pictures, he told me his company happened this thing.

So interesting now. Two countries happened this thing, cement material instead of ppgi. Maybe will be a lot of countries happened this thing. But can you PS some new pictures. Do not use the same picture.

Servo motor for the 800 glazed roll forming machine is arrived but reducer is still waiting

When i got the order of Indonesia 800 glazed roll forming machine, i did not know, the servo motor is difficult to buy. Our engineer told me that no goods in market. I asked why. They told me it is close to Spring festival. I can not understand that. It is 50 days to Spring festival.

I want to ship my roll forming machine before Spring festival. So when we are during the holiday, the machine is on the way to client. When we starting to work, we can help my client to run his business. But if i can not ship before spring festival, my client will wait for many days. So it is terrible.

Now the servo motor is arrived. But reducer is still waiting. We have finished the rollers and shafts installation work. So reducer of roll forming machine is important now. If arrived, we can connect the shaft by chain. Then we can adjust the machine and text the PLC system.

My client is busy with the floor deck roll forming machine now. So he does not ask the schedule of the 800 glazed roll forming machine. Client pay us the money to buy the roll forming machine. So they want to get the machine ASAP. We should understand them

What happening in China now. Why the price is crazy. I will show you one picture for the reason.

It is morning in our city, North of China. We do not how to translate in English. We call it by "Wu Mai". Maybe we can call it by "Haze". It is real thing in China now. When the winter is coming, the haze is also here. We can see nothing even the distance is so closed. The hospital is crowded, Most of people are  Acute respiratory disease.

School is out for holiday.

Factories are closed

We can not drive our cars out because of No limited. If you drove, we will  pay a fine to our government. 

I have one friend who ask me the price of steel coil. He said nothing to me, just show his parameter to me. I know his meaning. He just want to confirm whether the price is high. Yes, the price is high. Because most of the biggest steel factories are closed. So the price is higher and higher. Even you want to buy, you are scared the price. But when you decide to buy, no one will sell to you. Because even you pay more money. There is no goods for the market.

Our city is popular for casting. All of the casting factories are closed. So all of the workers can not work. Then no one will give them the salary. They can do nothing. They are worried for it. If no money, how to live. 

And what can we do for the bad weather. Just close and cars limited. People are sick and it is cold for us to go to offices. 

If we can not live in a good environment, death is close to us. 

We are roll forming machine manufacturer. our main material is steel. But the crazy is crazy. So price is higher than before. The clients are not happy for that. But if you do not order right now. When my client tell me that he is free now and hope i can pick up them to our YUFA roll forming machine company for visiting. Then he sent me the address by wechat. But i found this address is so far from our city. But the client say they are in Botou city now. So i suggest them to send me the address of the catalog. Then my clients take the picture for me. But i found it is Shi jia zhuang city. Not botou city. It is about 250KM from Shi jia zhuang to Botou city. So i am confused. I have no idea. So i call them to tell me where are they now. The client arranged the Chinese people to tell me the location. Finally, this factory is closed to our factory. But the name is changed. Business is so interesting now. One company can have many names. We are Chinese and we can not know whether they are one company. How about the clients who come from other countries. Business is "Mission Impossible "

Why we sell few sets of slitter machine, because we do not cheat our clients.

We have many inquiries of the slitter machine. But we can not sell more sets to our clients. It is problem. We should find out the reason.

How many pieces of the steel sheet. It is easy thing, we just adjust the number of cutter. So it is not reason

The width of the machine, We can produce 1250 and 1500 mm width machine for steel coil, and normal width is 1250 mm, So it is not reason

The speed of the slitter roll forming machine. We can produce the normal speed by electric motor and produce high speed by hydraulic motor.So speed is not the reason.

And how about the thickness. Yes, it is a big problem. Our normal thickness is under 2 mm. Most of the slitter is under 1.2 mm. But all of the clients ask up to 3 or 5 mm. Then the price is higher than normal thickness. But they want to pay the price is cheaper than 1.2 mm. So client is not happy and we can not accept this price. Then we lose the orders.

Frankly speaking, most of clients think this thing in one same way. They think they are smart. They just use 0.6 mm but he bought the machine with 2 mm or 3 mm. They think the machine can be using in future when they have big thickness. It is wrong. Why not just buy what you need.

Also for c/z interchangeable purlin roll forming machine. They just form 2 mm and under 2 mm thickness panel. But they ask 3 mm. It is big difference between 2.5 mm and 3 mm. Price is very higher. Then they said your price is so high,. But why not tell me you just need 2 mm. My price is also cheap for 2 mm.

We do not want to cheat you, then we give price with 3 mm. And maybe others cheat you that they just give you price with 2 mm. Then price is cheap. Then you ordered the machine. But I wonder that is it wrong that we tell you the truth? And we should also cheat you then you will be happy. Will you like that way?

Our client gave us wrong address,so we must change all documents for customs. It is urgent. Because the ship arrived. So i must drop all my works to help him. One story about material of rollers in roll forming machine field

Client is coming. Ask me to send him one price for his picture.
I do not think we can produce the channel when i receive his picture. But he said all of other manufacturers have sent him prices. Ok, i understand his meaning,
If i said that we need more details, he will think we are not professional. Then I asked from my engineer.

My engineer is so professional that he found that the height is 12mm, and then the small side must be smaller than 12mm. So it is very small channel. He sent me the quotation. Then i did not add any cost to send him. Then problem is coming.

We use 45# steel for rollers. He asked how about Cr12mov. It is also my mistake, i send him price of Cr12. It is enough for the machine.

Then everyone will know the followings

Your price is higher for 45# steel. I just want to ask him that you think my price is higher, why not ask the better material for your machine?

I do not think it is right way to find the good manufacturer, we should respect each other.

One little mistake can bring big problem during the roll forming machine business

I have one client who send us the different address with his Import address. Maybe, someone thinks that it is no problem. But finally, it is a big problem because of this one little mistake.

Our roll forming machine is in the port of his country. But the customs does not agree with the customs clearance documents. The address in (B/L, FORM-E,Invoice and Packing list) is different with the Import certificate. Change his Import certificate or change our documents. Then client choose our documents. He thinks it is easy. And now, is it really easy?

Something looks like really easy. Just change the address in B/L and other documents.

But B/L is made by ship company. If changed, send the original B/L back and then make a new one. The problem is the time. how long?

The form-e is also needing to send the original back, then make a new one,

Other documents are easy.
