Why we sell few sets of slitter machine, because we do not cheat our clients.

We have many inquiries of the slitter machine. But we can not sell more sets to our clients. It is problem. We should find out the reason.

How many pieces of the steel sheet. It is easy thing, we just adjust the number of cutter. So it is not reason

The width of the machine, We can produce 1250 and 1500 mm width machine for steel coil, and normal width is 1250 mm, So it is not reason

The speed of the slitter roll forming machine. We can produce the normal speed by electric motor and produce high speed by hydraulic motor.So speed is not the reason.

And how about the thickness. Yes, it is a big problem. Our normal thickness is under 2 mm. Most of the slitter is under 1.2 mm. But all of the clients ask up to 3 or 5 mm. Then the price is higher than normal thickness. But they want to pay the price is cheaper than 1.2 mm. So client is not happy and we can not accept this price. Then we lose the orders.

Frankly speaking, most of clients think this thing in one same way. They think they are smart. They just use 0.6 mm but he bought the machine with 2 mm or 3 mm. They think the machine can be using in future when they have big thickness. It is wrong. Why not just buy what you need.

Also for c/z interchangeable purlin roll forming machine. They just form 2 mm and under 2 mm thickness panel. But they ask 3 mm. It is big difference between 2.5 mm and 3 mm. Price is very higher. Then they said your price is so high,. But why not tell me you just need 2 mm. My price is also cheap for 2 mm.

We do not want to cheat you, then we give price with 3 mm. And maybe others cheat you that they just give you price with 2 mm. Then price is cheap. Then you ordered the machine. But I wonder that is it wrong that we tell you the truth? And we should also cheat you then you will be happy. Will you like that way?
