Someone wants to cooperate with our company for roll forming machine business

Someone who comes from Algeria wants to cooperate with us.
He tells me that need two teams for clients.
One team is from our company
Another team is from Algeria.
He did not tell me other details for cooperation.
He is also one manufacturer in Algeria and he orders parts of roll forming machines from other country. I think the country is China. But he does not know how to debug. So his machine should be bad. So he wants to cooperate with us.

We can not bring the machines to Algeria and repair the rollers in Algeria.
