Cement material instead of ppgi ( steel coil) Do you trust that or is it business war for China?

Someone who works in JD steel, India. send me the above pictures. He told me that ppgi ordered from China. And the seller used the cement material instead of ppgi. We can see the cement in the pictures. But I can not confirm the pictures are real. Because i do not see the coil by myself. So I have no right to blame.

Business is hard for everyone. It is happy thing that if we can find a new client. We must treat them as the God.No one wants to cheat if he wants to do long time business. Reputation is important to sellers and buyers. 

Let us check the pictures. They are not clear. Maybe made by PS. Then problem is coming. Why did it. Most of peoples say that it is business war. Yes, I think so. If someone wanted to start the business war with China. I think it is not good for him and China. China is developing country, we produce the high quality goods with acceptable prices. 

If the pictures are real. It is terrible thing. The seller cheated his client. Some of people asked the price of steel coil. I think they are smart. They can find the reason directly. Yes, the prices must be very low. We are roll forming machine manufacturer. We are since 1996 with four branch factories. So we know roll forming machine very well. And we also know the price of steel is rising everyday. Our cost of roll forming machine is also rising. The roll forming machine is made by steel. So we are also worried about the price of steel.

That is the problem. I do not know why the seller did this. But we can understand that the seller met a big problem. The seller could not adopt this business. May be the client also ordered a lot of other things or his order is very big. the client ordered a lot of steel coil. But if the seller received this order, they could not make money or lose a lot of money. So he used cement instead of ppgi for only few coils. 

Also the seller made a big mistake. For example, they wrote wrong number of steel coils. And signed in contract. 

A lot of reasons, we do not know which one is right or wrong. 

I also saw the pictures in Bangladesh. He told that this thing happened in Bangladesh and my India friend sent me the pictures, he told me his company happened this thing.

So interesting now. Two countries happened this thing, cement material instead of ppgi. Maybe will be a lot of countries happened this thing. But can you PS some new pictures. Do not use the same picture.
