One little mistake can bring big problem during the roll forming machine business

I have one client who send us the different address with his Import address. Maybe, someone thinks that it is no problem. But finally, it is a big problem because of this one little mistake.

Our roll forming machine is in the port of his country. But the customs does not agree with the customs clearance documents. The address in (B/L, FORM-E,Invoice and Packing list) is different with the Import certificate. Change his Import certificate or change our documents. Then client choose our documents. He thinks it is easy. And now, is it really easy?

Something looks like really easy. Just change the address in B/L and other documents.

But B/L is made by ship company. If changed, send the original B/L back and then make a new one. The problem is the time. how long?

The form-e is also needing to send the original back, then make a new one,

Other documents are easy.
