Servo motor for the 800 glazed roll forming machine is arrived but reducer is still waiting

When i got the order of Indonesia 800 glazed roll forming machine, i did not know, the servo motor is difficult to buy. Our engineer told me that no goods in market. I asked why. They told me it is close to Spring festival. I can not understand that. It is 50 days to Spring festival.

I want to ship my roll forming machine before Spring festival. So when we are during the holiday, the machine is on the way to client. When we starting to work, we can help my client to run his business. But if i can not ship before spring festival, my client will wait for many days. So it is terrible.

Now the servo motor is arrived. But reducer is still waiting. We have finished the rollers and shafts installation work. So reducer of roll forming machine is important now. If arrived, we can connect the shaft by chain. Then we can adjust the machine and text the PLC system.

My client is busy with the floor deck roll forming machine now. So he does not ask the schedule of the 800 glazed roll forming machine. Client pay us the money to buy the roll forming machine. So they want to get the machine ASAP. We should understand them


Hope the reducer is coming timely. I have another order of glazed roll forming machine. I sold to Eur, CE certificate of glazed roll forming machine is ready now. But the rollers and shafts are still not finished. And the frame of glazed roll forming machine is not welded. There is no enough space for putting the frame of roll forming machine in our workshop. So i hope we will ship the Thailand machine ASAP. If shipped, frame is welding. Then install rollers and shafts.

Time is going by seconds. Chinese spring festival is coming. Holiday is coming also.

But Christmas is coming now
